Psychological support for children and young people

Children often cannot put what they feel into words. So they show it through their behaviour.

If you notice that your child is withdrawn, anxious, irritable, unsure of themselves, or going through a difficult time, timely professional support can make a great difference.

I work with children and young people not online, but only in person, through individual counselling, psychological workshops, and intensive therapeutic work suited to the child's age and needs.

I believe children do best when they are present in a safe space, where they can build a bond of trust, hold their focus, express emotion freely, and learn through experience. It is in direct contact that they open up most easily, grow a sense of safety, and make real progress.

When it helps, I bring parents into the process too, because their support is one of the most important foundations of a child's healthy emotional growth.

Every child deserves to be seen, heard, and understood. Sometimes that is the very first step toward a happier, safer childhood.
